According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 738.62 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, April 05, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1106.02 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 367.40 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 119.86 crore, while they also bought stock options worth Rs 101.96 crore.
