Centum Electronics has received approval for further investment of 74,000 EUR in Centum Electronics UK (Wholly Owned Subsidiary). This additional investment is pursuant to business requirements. The said transaction is expected to be completed by end of August, 2023. The Board of Directors of the company at their Meeting held on August 11, 2023 has approved the same.
Centum Electronics is basically engaged in designing and manufacturing of advanced electronics systems, subsystems, and components.
