Shanti Guru Industries has informed that a member has proposed the appointment of Sarthak Sanghvi (son of Shripal Sanghvi, CEQ) as Executive Director not liable to retire by rotation fora term of three years from the date of the next Annual General Meeting. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) that met earlier in the day (14th August 2023) before the Board Meeting evaluated the proposal and recommended his appointment as aforesaid to the Board. The Board of Directors who met on Monday 14th August 2023 based on NRC recommendation had also approved the inclusion of his appointment as Executive Director as aforesaid in the notice convening the next Annual General Meeting for member's approval. The meeting began at 11 Hrs. and concluded at 11.30 Hrs.
