In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, SBFC Finance has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect up to 48 hours after the date of declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
