As required under SEBI vide Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/70 dated January 25, 2022 and May 25, 2022 respectively; the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the aforesaid shareholder(s) after compliance of required formalities.
