Pursuant to the regulation under reference relating to subject and based on intimation received from Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Kirloskar Electric Company has informed that it has received requests from shareholders on August 16, 2023 for the issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu of loss of old share certificates as details enclosed. The duplicate share certificates in DEMAT form will be issued as per SEBI Gazette Notification No. SEBI/ LADNRO/GN/2022/66 dated January 24, 2022 & SEBI Circular dated January 25, 2022 after the necessary documentation & approvals.
