With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 25, 2013 regarding Book Closure for Dividend and Annual General Meeting, Pantaloon Retail (India) has now informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from May 22, 2013 to May 24, 2013 for the purpose of determining the dividend on fully paid up equity shares and on Class B Shares (Series 1) instead of May 03, 2013 to May 08, 2013 as informed earlier.
Further the Company has informed that, there is no change in date of Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting as informed earlier, which will be held on May 08, 2013.
