Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Panchsheel Organics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, August 14, 2023, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per share on Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2023-24, which is 8% of paid-up share capital. The Board of Directors have fixed Monday, August 25, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim dividend. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration. The meeting commenced at 05:00 pm and concluded at 07:15 pm.
