Reclassification of P V Narasimha Reddy, Promoter as 'Public' and Reclassification of Panchavati Polyfibres, persons belonging to the promoter groups as 'Public'. The company has filed application to BSE and National Stock Exchange of India on 18.08.2023. This disclosure is made within 24 hours of filing of applications with BSE and National Stock Exchange of India. The company shall keep the Stock Exchanges informed in relation to the Reclassification Application in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
