Modern Shares And Stockbrokers has informed that the 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held through video conference/other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM) on Friday, September 15, 2023 in compliance with the General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May 2020 read with other relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on convening AGM through VC/OAVM due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 08th 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 for the purpose of the AGM. Further, details on the manner of attending the AGM through VC/OA VM and voting by shareholders will be set out in the Notice of the AGM.
