Authum Investment & Infrastructure has completed sale of 36.05% equity shares of Michigan Engineers (MEPL) to Welspun Enterprises (the purchaser). Pursuant to the above, MEPL ceases to be an associate company of Authum Investment & Infrastructure. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 98.63 crore.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure is carrying on the business of investment in shares and securities and also financing activities to achieve the goal of enhancing the value for its stakeholders.
