In this regard, the beneficiary position for dispatch of annual reports to shareholders will be taken as on Friday, 25th August 2023 and the cut-off date for the purpose of ascertaining shareholders eligible for voting on resolutions to be passed at the 60th AGM will be Monday, 18th September 2023.
