Tranche?15 to the eligible employee(s) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs 379.06 each. These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule as mentioned in ESOP 2021. Grant of the above stock options is in line with the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 as amended from time to time.
