In reference to letters dated August 1, 2023 and August 21, 2023 respectively and pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Metro Brands has clarified as follows: The Board of Directors, in its Board Meeting held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 have fixed Friday, September 1, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23; The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 7, 2023, to Wednesday, September 13, 2023 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
