Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Punjab Communications has informed that Holding Company, Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation vide letter No. PICTC:/SECTL/I/54787/2023 dated 24th August, 2023 has withdrawn the nomination of Mohinder Pal, IAS (DIN: 02975536) as Managing Director on the Board of the company with effect from 24th August, 2023. However, he shall continue to act as Senior Vice-Chairman-cum-Director on the Board of the company. Further, the Company shall convene a Board Meeting to appoint the Managing Director on the Board of the company shortly and the same shall be informed to the Exchange in due course of time.
