FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 25 data: NSDL

25 Aug 2023 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13076.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 10870.42 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2205.79 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 588.48 crore with gross sales of Rs 833.26 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 244.78 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9.19 crore against gross selling of Rs 7.25 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1.94 crore in hybrid segment.
