Avantel informs about withdrawal of credit rating

Avantel has informed that presently the bank facilities of the Company are rated by two Credit Rating Agencies, Brickwork Ratings India and Acuité Ratings & Research. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Schedule III) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the company has informed that, at its request and on submission of No-Objection Certificate from the Lender of the Company, the Credit Rating Agency - Brickwork Ratings India vide its mail dated August 25, 2023 has withdrawn the outstanding rating of BWR BBB+ / Stable / BWR A2 assigned to the Bank Loan Facility aggregating Rs 52.00 Crores with immediate effect.
