The e-voting will commence from Tuesday, 26th September 2023 at 9.00 a.m. to Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 5.00 pm. The instructions for e-voting will be sent along with the Notice of the Meeting. Register of Members and Share Transfer shall remain closed from Saturday 23rd September, 2023 to Friday, 29th September, 2023 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29th September, 2023.
