Medplus Health Services has informed that pursuant to the amendment to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 July 13, 2023. The Management expects that these cases will likely be upheld upon ultimate resolution and will not have a material adverse effect on the Group’s financial position and results of operations. The details of such ongoing litigations of the Company are enclosed as Annexure A.
