The Meeting commenced at 2:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 4:56 p.m. The Meeting was held through VC / OAVM in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company had also provided live webcast of the proceedings of the Meeting.
