Tata Communications has raised Rs 1750 crore through allotment of 1,75,000 Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 lakh each for a tenor of 3 years, to identified investors on private placement basis. The Financial Resource Raising Committee has on August 29, 2023, approved the allotment of the same.
