Physical Rubber prices remained unchanged on Wednesday due to muted demand from consuming industries and rising supplies from major producing belts at physical market. Meanwhile, the All India Rubber Industry Association (AIRIA) said natural rubber production is expected to increase 5% in 2023-24, from 8 lakhs metric ton in the previous fiscal.
Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 145.50/ kg and Rs 142/ kg, respectively.
