Just In: India’s GDP growth accelerates to 7.8% in Q1FY24

Coming in line with expectations, India’s gross domestic product (GDP) for the April-June quarter (Q1) of the financial year 2023-24 has grown by 7.8 per cent as compared to 6.1 per cent in the previous quarter. The GDP had expanded by 13.1 per cent in the corresponding quarter of 2022-23.
