CG Power and Industrial Solutions has informed that with effect from 1st September, 2023: Ranjan Singh, Executive Vice President – Railways who was heading the Railways Business will be moving into a new role and designated as Executive Vice President - Business Excellence & New Initiatives. Under the new role, Ranjan will head the Risk, ESG and Lean initiatives and will also oversee select projects, and opportunities in M&A. Chidambaram Balakrishnan, Vice President - Railways will be the Head of the Railway Business and designated in the category of Senior Management. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are provided in ‘Annexure A’.
