Pursuant to Regulations 30 & 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Panchmahal Steel has informed that it attached the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 along with the Notice of 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, the 25th day of September, 2023 at 11.00 am through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM dated August 14, 2023. In compliance with circulars issued by the SEBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are being sent to the shareholders through electronic mode and are also available on the website of the Company at www.panchmahalsteel.co.in.
