Consequent upon resignation as Company Secretary, Nidhi Bisaria ceases to be the Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of September 1, 2023; Approved the appointment of Diksha Singh as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from September 2, 2023; and approved the appointment Diksha Singh as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the date of her appointment pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
