Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed extract from the following e-papers (all dated September 06, 2023) containing the above referred advertisement: Financial Express -Hyderabad Edition (English Language); Financial Express- Mumbai Edition (English Language); Nava Telangana-Hyderabad Edition (Telugu Language).
