Jagatjit Industries has informed that the 78th (Seventy Eighth] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, Jagatjit Industries will be held on Friday, the 29th September, 2023 at 10.30 am through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), pursuant to Circulars issued by the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI). Further informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 25th September, 2023 to Friday, 29th September, 2023 for the said AGM.
