Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30, 34, 42 and other applicable regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mufin Green Finance has informed that the 7th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the members of the company will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 3:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC/OAVM’), in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to the said circulars, Annual Report for financial year 2022-23 along with Notice of 7th AGM are being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email ids are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository Participant (‘DP’). The Company has provided the facility to its members to cast their vote electronically, through the remote e-Voting facility (prior to AGM) and e-Voting facility (during the AGM), on all the resolutions set forth in the AGM Notice to the Members, who are holding shares on the Cutoff date Thursday, September 21, 2023. The remote e-voting will commence at 09:00 am (IST) on Monday, September 25, 2023 and end at 05:00 pm (IST) on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Detailed instructions for registering email addresses(s) and voting/ attendance at the AGM are given in the AGM Notice. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2023 to Thursday, September 28, 2023 for the purpose of AGM. The Annual Report along with AGM Notice for financial year 2022-23 are enclosed. The Annual Report for financial year 2022-23 also available on the website of the Company at www.mufingreenfinance.com.
