Further the details/disclosures in respect of the said Subsidiary, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI wide Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-- PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 after dated July 12, 2023, will be intimated the incorporation of WOS. The meeting started at noon 12:00 PM and ended at 12:30 PM.
