SI Capital & Financial Services is planning to raise funds through borrowings including by the way of issuance of redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in onshore/offshore market by way of private placement/preferential allotment Basis or any other mode as decided by the Board of Directors/ Debenture Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on the prevailing market conditions. A meeting of the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 15, 2023, through video conferencing / other audio-visual means, inter alia, to consider and approve the same.
