As per Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder, Paramount Communications has informed that it enclosed newspaper clippings of an advertisement by the Company in compliance of MCA Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, after completion of dispatch, sending of emails of Notice of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) together with the Annual Report to all the Members of the Company. The Company published the advertisement in the newspapers, Financial Express in English Language and Jansatta in Hindi Language on 08.09.2023.
