TVS Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, approved the appointment of Sudarshan Venu as Managing Director of the Company, for a period of five years effective 11th September 2023, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 / the Articles of Association of the Company and subject to approval of the Shareholders through postal ballot and the Central Government. Sudarshan Venu is related to Venu Srinivasan, Chairman of the Company and is not debarred from holding the Office of a Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. The Board meeting commenced at 10:15 am (IST) and concluded on 10:45 am (IST).
