TVS Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, approved, the appointment of Timm Tiller, as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a term of five consecutive years effective 11th September 2023, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 / the Articles of Association of the Company and subject to approval of the Shareholders through postal ballot. Timm Tiller is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. The Board meeting commenced at 10:15 am (IST) and concluded on 10:45 am (IST).
