In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Piramal Pharma has informed that pursuant to an intimation received from Legal Affairs Bureau, Tokyo (the ‘Authority’) on September 12, 2023, voluntary liquidation of Piramal Pharma Japan GK, a step-down wholly - owned subsidiary of the Company has been approved by the Authority. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given under Annexure A.
