Shipping Corporation Of India has informed that it enclosed is a communication received from Deputy Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) regarding the captioned subject. Further, the said letter contains a communication received from the Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal regarding exemption from stamp duty levied on the instrument pertaining to transfer of Kolkata Shipping House and Residential Flats/Staff Quarter situated at Kolkata, the Non-Core Assets in favour of Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL) under provisions of Clause (a) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. The referred communications are enclosed as Annexure-A in terms of Regulation 30 (13) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
