FDC has informed that in reference to the Buy Back Offer of Equity Shares by FDC which opened on August 31, 2023 and closed on September 06, 2023 and in terms of the Letter of Offer dated August 28, 2023, the Company has bought back 31,00,000 Equity Shares, being 100% of the Offer Shares. The settlement for the equity shares tendered and accepted under the buyback offer was made on September 13, 2023. In this respect, the Post Offer Public Announcement was published on September 15, 2023 in the following newspapers; Business Standard (English) All editions; Business Standard (Hindi) All editions; Loksatta (Marathi) Aurangabad (Chatrapati Sambhaji) edition.
