East West Holdings has informed that the Company had made an application pursuant to the provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, before Registrar of Companies Maharashira at Mumbai seeking extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2022-23. Accordingly the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai vide its Order dated 15th September, 2023 has granted extension of 03 (three) months to conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Copy of the said order by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai is attached. Therefore the Company shall convene. its Annual General Meeting within the extended timeline and the date of Annual General Meeting shall be intimated in due course.
