Solara Active Pharma Sciences has informed that the Company has received request for issue of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder who has lost his original share certificate. The Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) is in the process of reviewing the request. Pursuant to SEBI Circular SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/ CIR/ 2022/8 dated January 25,2022, a Letter of Confirmation in lieu of Duplicate Share Certificate, shall be issued upon receipt of complete documents from the shareholder to the satisfaction of the RTA/ the Company including completion of procedural requirements in this regard.
