Ascensive Educare has planned to incorporate a Subsidiary Company of the company. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on September 18, 2023 has decided to incorporate a subsidiary company for the organizational restructuring. Since the company is engaged into the activity of skill development and education, it has decided to undertake the activity of Placement, staffing and recruiting services from the said subsidiary company.
Ascensive Educare is engaged in the business of training and skill development offering vocational training, and educational consulting in collaboration with Central Government, State Governments and various Industries and Industry Associations.
