According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 55226.08 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Wednesday's data, September 20, 2023.

FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 2182.26 crore and net sellers of index options worth Rs 53043.82 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 925.12 crore and they sold stock options worth Rs 167.23 crore.
