Salem Erode Investments has received an approval from the Board to raise funds through issue of 2800 Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1000 each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs 28,00,000 on private placement basis.
The Company is offering said Debentures in different tenures - 13 months, 24 months, 36 months and 68 months. Allotment shall be completed within 30 days from date of receipt of application money. Date of maturity falls on the basis of selection of tenure of schemes, i.e. 13 months, 24 months, 36 months and 68 months.
