Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 000511S) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 for a term of five years from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM) until the conclusion of 37th AGM to be held in the year 2028, which was approved by the members at their meeting held today.
