Blue Star has informed that the Company is complying with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’) from time to time and has made all necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges within the stipulated timelines. The company also informed that, apart from the information already disclosed to Stock Exchanges in compliance with the Listing Regulations, as on date there is no information/announcement which may have a bearing on the price/volume of the shares of the Company and which is yet not disclosed to the Stock Exchanges. The Company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any event/information as may be required under the said Regulations, as and when any such event/information occurs.
