Physical rubber prices closed unchanged on Saturday. The market activities were in extremely lackluster as domestic futures slipped on the commodity futures market.

Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 165/ kg and Rs 161.50/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of April delivery dropped to Rs 160.60 compared to its previous closing of Rs 161.06, while May delivery closed at Rs 161.95 compared to its previous closing of Rs 162.98 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
