HQ/CS/CL.24B/17535 dated June 28, 2023 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, whereby it had informed the Exchanges that Tata Communications (‘TC India’), had entered into an agreement to acquire Kaleyra Inc. (‘Target’ or ‘Kaleyra’) a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: KLR). As an update, Tata Communications has informed that Kaleyra has provided 10 days written notice of the Anticipated Merger Effective Date along with timing of filing the Certificate of Merger and completion to NYSE, the details of which are enclosed.
