Digispice Technologies has informed that it submitted its Annual Report along with the notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting. Certain inadvertent errors are noticed in the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23, after the same was dispatched on 6th September, 2023 through email. In this regard, it informed that change is done in table titled ‘break up of remuneration’ on page no. 133 (note no. 36) in the Annual Report for the year ended 31st March, 2023. Further, there are minor formatting corrections in the Annual Report. It may be noted that the error and corrections are not material but typographical error and it do not have any impact in any manner, on the financial statements. The Annual Report, after incorporating the above mentioned rectifications, is enclosed, and the same is also available on the Company's website at www.digispice.com.
