Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation has informed that in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company from 1st October, 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 to the public. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons/ Connected Persons have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 would be intimated in due course.
