Saboo Sodium Chloro (SSCL) is planning to acquire around 6000 Sq. yards of land adjoining its flagship 5-star property, Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur. This acquisition aims to facilitate the expansion of Samskara Resort & Spa by adding 100 additional rooms within the next 12-18 months, bringing the total room inventory to 150.
The expansion aligns with SSCL’s growth strategy and will tap into the lucrative luxury wedding market and high-end clientele, potentially increasing both revenue and profitability by fourfold. This strategic move will establish Samskara as a mature, independent and wholly-owned subsidiary of SSCL.
