Aveer Foods has informed about the proceedings of the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Company (1st AGM after Listing on BSE) held on Monday, 25th September, 2023. The meeting was held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) and rules thereof read with MCA General Circular No.1012022 dated 28th December 2022 and SEBI Circular No. SEBVHO/CFD/PoD2/CIRTP/2023/4 dated 5th January 2023. In this regard, it has received the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on Remote E-Voting and E-Voting at the AGM in the prescribed format. The same will be submitted separately. According to the said report the resolution at Item no. 3 regarding an Approval of the revised limit of Related Party Transactions for a further period of 3 consecutive years was passed by the majority and the following resolutions at item no. 1,2, 4 & and 5 respectively as mentioned below were passed unanimously.
